Cancellation Policy

  Retreat Guest Paid in Full (PIF)/Deposit Refund Policy:

  • 80% PIF or deposit refund for cancellation 60+ days before retreat start date.

  • 70% PIF or deposit refund for cancellation 59-30 days before retreat start date.

  • 50% PIF or deposit refund for cancellation 29-14 days before retreat start date.

  • ZERO refund for cancellation within 14 days of any retreat UNLESS spot is immediately fillable.

Before booking a retreat, it is your responsibility to thoroughly read the cancellation policy and cross check your calendar.

We know that sometimes things come up, and unexpected events happen that can keep you from going on a trip you’ve planned. If you’re totally sure you aren’t able to make it to the retreat, the best thing you can do is cancel. 

 

Private Session Cancellation Policy:

  • 80% refund for cancellation 48 hours or more before private session.

  • 50% refund for cancellation 24-47 hours before private session.

  • 50% refund for cancellation 24 hours before private session with rescheduled appointment.

  • 0% refund for cancellation with less than 24 hours.

Force Majeure/Impossibility

No damages shall be due for a failure of performance due to Acts of God, fire, flood, natural disaster, declared war in the US, acts of terrorism or civil disorder in the city in which retreat is located, government regulation in effect 60 days or less before the Event dates that would prevent the Event from taking place as contracted, curtailment of transportation facilities that prevents at least 40% of registered attendees from arriving for the first peak night of the Event, or any other circumstances beyond the Parties’s reasonable control, which in the case of any of the foregoing makes it illegal or impossible to hold the Event. The Agreement may be cancelled by either of the party, without liability, damages, fees or penalty, and any unused deposits or amounts paid shall be refunded, for any one or more of the above reasons, by written notice to the other party. The retreat shall have no liability for power disruptions of any kind.
